Our vision at ECoBird is to promote a deeper understanding of the lives of birds by bridging the gap between ecology, cognitive psychology and behavioural biology. 

Our research spans from the dense canopies of tropical forests to the bustling heart of our cities, aiming to uncover how birds adapt, survive, and thrive in diverse environments.

At the heart of ECoBird is a commitment to excellence in research and education. 

Our projects aim to advance scientific knowledge and tackle environmental challenges that impact bird populations globally. 

Through a blend of field studies, laboratory experiments and theoretical modelling, we aim to understand the intricate relationships between birds, their habitats, and human societies.
